Treat yourself to these comforting crab rolls this summer! Luxurious snow crab tossed in a zesty lemon-dill dressing, nestled in buttery brioche buns and sprinkled with fresh chives. Perfect for your next seafood soirée or a delightful weekend treat!
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen snow crabs, thawed
- 2-3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Black pepper, to taste
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp mustard

- 2-3 tbsp finely chopped dill
- ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Brioche split buns
- Butter, for buttering the buns

Directions
In a bowl, combine 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp mustard, 1 tsp fish sauce, the juice of half a lemon, 2-3 tbsp finely chopped dill, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is well blended into a sauce.
Cook the Crab:
Melt 2-3 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and stir until aromatic and soft.
- Reduce the heat to low, add the thawed snow crabs, and toss in the butter for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Prepare the buns.
Butter the sides of the brioche buns.
- Lightly toast the buttered buns on a skillet until golden.
Assemble the rolls:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled crab with the prepared dressing. Mix well until the crab is thoroughly coated in dressing.
- Spoon the crab mixture into the toasted buns.
Garnish and serve:
Garnish each crab roll with chopped chives.
