  1. In a pan over medium heat, add neutral oil. Pat dry your shrimp and add your shrimp. Working in batches so as to not overcrowd the pan, sear the shrimp on one side for 1 minute. Flip for 30 seconds and remove cooked shrimp onto a plate, while you finish cooking the rest of the shrimp.
  2. Once all the shrimps have been seared, add them back into the pan. Add 1 jar of Red Boat Spicy Vietnamese Lemongrass Curry Sauce and bring it to a gentle boil. Turn off heat and add sliced scallions. Enjoy over rice!
