Phú Quốc Peppercorns

These aromatic peppercorns grown on the island of Phú Quốc in Vietnam are hand harvested and naturally sun-dried by local Vietnamese farmers.  It has a delicate lemon flavor and an earthy peppery aroma.  Phú Quốc peppercorns are ideal for rubs, marinades, and as an everyday seasoning to impart a medium heat to your food.
