Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1 jar Red Boat Vietnamese Simmer Sauce

1 tbsp neutral oil
Directions
Heat oil in pot or a deep pan until the oil shimmers. Fry chicken wings for about 3 minutes, stirring to make sure all pieces get browned.
Next pour in a jar of Red Boat Vietnamese Simmer Sauce. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes to make sure all pieces are evenly coated with sauce.
Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes to reduce the sauce. Serve by itself as an appetizer or with a side of rice for an easy weeknight meal!
