- 14oz tofu
- ½ cup Red Boat Kho Sauce
- 1 Scallion, optional
1. Drain your tofu and dice into large cubes. Pat dry with a towel.
2. In a pan, add your tofu and Red Boat Kho Sauce. Toss your tofu in the sauce so it is nicely coated. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, until thickened.
3. Enjoy with your favorite rice or noodles!
