Tofu with Red Boat Kho Sauce

The easiest dinner for a busy BUSY Thanksgiving week!
Ingredients
- 14oz tofu

½ cup Red Boat Vietnamese Simmer Sauce
- 1 Scallion, optional
Directions
Drain your tofu and dice into large cubes. Pat dry with a towel.
In a pan, add your tofu and Red Boat Vietnamese Simmer Sauce. Toss your tofu in the sauce so it is nicely coated. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, until thickened.
Enjoy with your favorite rice or noodles!
