If you've never had a Yuzu Margarita before, now is your chance! The combination of lime and yuzu juice will transport you to citrus heaven. Add in the umami from the fish sauce and your taste buds will experience ultimate bliss. This can easily made into a mocktail by omitting the tequila.
Ingredients
- 1oz Yuzuco Yuzu Super Juice
- 1/2oz lime juice

1-2 dashes of Red Boat Fish Sauce
- 2 jalapeno slices, plus more for garnishing
- 1oz tequila
- 1/2oz agave
- Ice
- Salt
- Lime wedge, plus more for garnishing
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 jalapeno slices and lime juice. Muddle lightly. Add in tequila, agave, Red Boat Fish Sauce, Yuzuco Yuzu Super Juice and ice. Add shaker top and shake gently until chilled.
- Rim the edge of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge. Pour salt into a dish and dip the rimmed portion of the cocktail glass in the salt, ensuring even coating.
- Pour ice into the glass and pour in the spicy yuzu margarita mix. Garnish with extra jalapenos and lime.
