Spicy Curry Crab Dip

Get your favorite chips ready, because you'll need them for shoveling this spicy crab dip into your mouth! Made with tender crab meat, melted cheddar, tangy banana peppers, and our secret ingredient: Red Boat's Spicy Vietnamese Lemongrass Curry. Ingredients
- 2 tins crab meat (240g total, or about 1 cup)
- 80g shredded cheddar cheese
- 240g cream cheese (8oz brick, softened)
- 3 green onions (whites and greens separated, finely chopped)

1/2 cup Red Boat Spicy Vietnamese Lemongrass Curry
- Extra cheese for topping
- 1/4 cup banana peppers (chopped)
- Garlic (add as much as your heart desires!)
- Tostitos or your favorite chips for serving
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, the whites of the green onions, Spicy Vietnamese Lemongrass Curry, banana peppers, and garlic. Mix well until fully incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle extra cheese generously over the top.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden. If you want even more bubbly cheese on top, broil for 2-5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and garnish with the green parts of the green onions. Serve hot with Tostitos or your favorite chips for dipping.
