Ingredients (4 servings)


  • Cut beef into 1-1.5 inch cubes and salt generously.
  • Heat a large pot on medium and add a thin layer of oil.
  • Add beef in a single layer and sear until lightly brown.
  • Flip the cubes and sear on the other side.
  • Add Red Boat Spicy Lemongrass Curry sauce.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes.
  • Peel and cut carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add carrots to the curry and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Add green peas and simmer for another 10 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  • Serve immediately with rice or baguette.
