This shrimp and crab baguette is a quick, flavorful snack with a savory seafood twist. A creamy, cheesy topping with a hint of garlic and fish sauce is baked onto crispy bread for the perfect bite of umami. Plus, it's easy to make and is a great appetizer, light meal, or party treat.

Ingredients

Baguette
- 1 cup minced shrimp
- 1 cup imitation crab
- ½ cup green onion
- 2 tbsp mayo
- ½ cup mozzarella
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp Red Boat fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon
- Dash of salt and pepper
- Thai chilis (optional for spice)
Directions
Prep veggies, cut the imitation crab, and mince the shrimp.
Combine all seasonings and ingredients.
Slice the baguettes and top with shrimp mixture.
Airfry at 375F for 12-15 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked and the bread is crunchy.
