  • 1.5 fl oz Song Cai Vietnam Dry Gin
  • 2 fl oz tomato juice (no sugar added preferred)
  • ½ fl oz fino or amontillado sherry
  • ½ fl oz lime juice
  • 1ml Red Boat 40N Fish Sauce (a good 3-4 dashes)
  • 3 grinds of black pepper (Red Boat Black Peppercorns preferred)
  • 8-10 drops hot sauce (sriracha or tabasco preferred)
  • Optional: shiso leaves for garnishing


  1. Combine, shake, and strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with shiso leaves.
