Ingredients:
- 1.5 fl oz Song Cai Vietnam Dry Gin
- 2 fl oz tomato juice (no sugar added preferred)
- ½ fl oz fino or amontillado sherry
- ½ fl oz lime juice
- 1ml Red Boat 40N Fish Sauce (a good 3-4 dashes)
- 3 grinds of black pepper (Red Boat Black Peppercorns preferred)
- 8-10 drops hot sauce (sriracha or tabasco preferred)
- Optional: shiso leaves for garnishing
Directions:
- Combine, shake, and strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with shiso leaves.
