Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs minced beef
- 1 lb green beans
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 jar of Red Boat Lemongrass Curry sauce
- Salt
Directions
Trim off the ends and cut green beans into 1 inch pieces.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot on medium.
- Add in minced beef along with a generous amount of salt.
- Sauté the beef, breaking up the chunks into crumbles.
- When the beef is no longer pink, add in the green beans and stir.
- Pour in Red Boat Lemongrass Curry sauce.
- Stir well, cover, and simmer on medium low for 15 minutes or until the green beans are tender.
- Serve immediately with rice.
