It combines the savory depth of Red Boat Sweet & Savory Simmer Sauce with the richness of pork, a touch of nuttiness from peanut butter, and a kick of chili oil for balance. Ingredients

1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp garlic

3 tbsp Red Boat Sweet and Savory Simmer Sauce
- ½ tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of salt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Veggie of choice
- Chili oil
- Noodles of choice
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add in the garlic and ground pork. Cook for a few mins then add in the Red Boat Simmer Sauce and cook for another min.
Add in the other seasonings (except for peanut butter) and cook until the meat is fully cooked.
Then add in 1 tbsp peanut butter with the meat and mix.
Make the noodles, prep your veggies, serve, and garnish!
