  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Red Boat fish sauce
  • A big handful of cilantro, minced
  • 4 green onions minced(white and green parts)
  • 1/4 cup of minced Serrano chiles, seeded and ribbed
  • 2 tsp of sugar


Mix all ingredients together and let it chill. Serve with any grilled meat but it pairs especially well with fish!
