Ingredients 

For the salad

½ cup Shredded Banana Flower (soaking in Lime juice and water)
¼ cup Pulled Chicken and Pork (1/2 & ½)
1/8 cup Bean Sprouts
1/8 Cup Sliced Star Fruit (or similar seasonal fruit)
1/8 cup Minced Herbs
2 TBL Cilantro
2 TBL Ram Herbs
2 TBL Sesame Seeds Toasted
2 TBL Peanuts
2 TBL Sliced red Jalepenoes (no Seeds)
1 oz Dressing
1 ea Banana Flower petal

For the dressing 

1 cup Lime Juice
½ cup Red Boat Fish Sauce
1 Tbl Black Pepper
1 Tbl salt

Preparation 

1. Make the dressing. Mix all ingredients together, adjusting seasonings to taste

2. Shred Flower and soak for at least 30 min in lime and water (Discard baby bananas inside)

3. Poach and pull chicken and pork

4. Mix all ingredients well, serve on banana petal and garnish as desired with crushed peanuts
