Ingredients (4 servings)
- 2 lbs white fish steaks or filets (such as basa/pangasius, catfish, or tilapia)
- 1 jar of Red Boat Vietnamese Simmer Sauce
Directions
- Add fish and Red Boat Simmer Sauce to a pot
- Cover and simmer on medium low for 30 minutes, flipping the fish halfway through so both sides can take on the color of the sauce.
- Serve immediately with rice and greens of your choice.
