Blistered shishito peppers are a simple, yet addictive appetizer or snack.These thin-skinned Japanese peppers are quickly cooked in a hot pan until their skins are charred and blistered.

Directions
Wash and pat the peppers dry
Heat a pan on medium and coat peppers in olive oil
Add the peppers to the pan and let sit for one minute before stirring and repeat until there is a sear all over the peppers
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with Red Boat Umami Salt
