Make the tomato rice by first sauteeing the garlic over low heat and then adding in the tomato paste. Mix it all together with the rice and other seasonings.
In a large skillet, heat up butter and sauté the onions in it for 2 mins.
Add in the beef and let it cook for 2 mins before adding in the Red Boat simmer sauce, soy sauce, and pepper.
