Pantry:
Red Boat Cucumber Vinaigrette Recipe
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Red Boat fish sauce
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. Jalapeno, Diced fine
1 Tbsp. Lime Segments, skin and membrane removed and diced
Combine ingredients. Toss cucumbers in vinaigrette. Chill and serve with Seafood.
