.5oz Honey Syrup
.25oz 2015 Red Boat Chef's Cuvee Fish Sauce
3oz Carbonated Cucumber Water
Shake and strain all ingredients except cucumber water over ice in a tall glass.
Top with Sparkling Cucumber Water. Garnish with cucumber slice and Lemon Wheel.
